How do I buy credits?
1. Go to the Pricing page and choose a package 2. Click 'Buy Now' to go to checkout 3. Enter your name and complete the payment form 4. After payment is confirmed, credits are added to your account instantly We use PayTR secure payment infrastructure with 3D Secure verification.
What are credits and how are they used?
Credits are the usage units for facadetool: • focus: 1 credit per image (one door, window or detail) • heritage, elevation and sketch: 3 credits per image (stone walls, full facades, plans and scans) Credits are deducted when you start processing an image, and a failed drawing gives them back. The Starter package (12 credits) must be used within 7 days. Monthly plans add credits every month; unused credits freeze after 30 days and come back when you subscribe again.
When do credits appear in my account?
Credits are added instantly after your payment is confirmed by the bank. This usually takes just a few seconds. If your credits don't appear after 5 minutes: 1. Refresh the page 2. Check your email for payment confirmation 3. If still missing, contact support with your order details
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails: 1. Check that your card has sufficient funds 2. Make sure 3D Secure (SMS verification) is enabled on your card 3. Try a different card if the problem persists 4. Contact your bank if they're blocking the transaction No credits are deducted for failed payments. You can retry as many times as needed.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our service, credits cannot be refunded once they have been used. For unused credits or technical issues, please contact our support team. We review each case individually. If a refund is processed, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards via PayTR: • International cards: Pay in USD, EUR, or GBP • Turkish bank cards: Must pay in TRY (Turkish Lira) - this is a legal requirement Prices are shown in USD with approximate conversions. Exchange rates are from ECB (Frankfurt).
